Version 0.18.12 · 2026-10-06

### Added

- Encrypted phone relay fallback when the desktop cannot be reached directly,
plus read-only firewall diagnostics beside phone pairing codes.
- Paired-phone access to server desktops and terminals, with access closed when
the device is revoked.
- Audio settings with explicit System voice, Pocket TTS and ElevenLabs output
choices, and independent switches for chat and Sushi World spoken replies.
- Agent knowledge in the Skills panel, a journal for learning awaiting review,
and a nightly tidy that retains useful memories, notes and skills.
- In-app recovery when a server agent's model rejects its login, preserving the
agent's conversation when renewing a login or switching models.
- Sushi World seating choices at the kiosk, optional Wi-Fi and PC Link VR, and
jumping.

### Changed

- Sign in with Sushi leads setup; other AI providers remain available.
- Settings shows the Sushi account's remaining credit and account-page access.
- Sushi World's Auckland waterfront, landmarks, sky, materials and Graphic
People cast have been substantially refined.
- Server settings follow Personal-space settings, with shorter shared pins.
- Server task recovery persists accepted work, Stop requests and completed
answers, with separate task Stop and queue Pause/Resume controls.

### Fixed

- Server process cleanup is bounded and preserves shared desktop services.
- Phone reconnection, device approval and server syncing retain host trust and
do not let an unreachable desktop or server block startup.
- Sushi World movement timing, first-entry preparation and VR speech capture
and reply playback are more reliable.

**New server capabilities require an update through the existing server update
flow. Existing profiles, conversations, provider logins, and phone grants are
retained; audio settings migrate existing playback choices. Older phones retain
their existing LAN/VPN behavior; relay and new phone features need a compatible
mobile build and may require pairing again. Do not downgrade a server with active
or recovering tasks: older code cannot preserve the new execution checkpoints
and queue-pause state. Older server code also cannot read all new learning state
and can discard shared seating. Keep the current server version after upgrading.**

Version 0.18.11 · 2026-10-05

Desktop phone pairing now supports local agents and server-list synchronization over LAN or an existing VPN, with separate desktop revocation. Server-hosted World multiplayer and shared pins, custom space/server pictures, ElevenLabs spoken replies, automatic talking with F, and one-button GitHub connection are included.

Fixes AppImage updater selection, server-agent completion recovery, selected-server preset installation, Sushi Account model names, and the ElevenLabs voice-picker loop. Browser login requests offer Take control and hand-back.

New server features require current server code through the existing server update flow. Downgrading a server can discard its new icon, shared pins and preset metadata; restore those choices after upgrading again. Existing desktop profiles, conversations and provider logins are retained.

Linux x86-64 AppImage and Debian package plus Windows x64 installer. This publication does not contain a new mobile app or Mac build. Windows is cross-built on Linux; native Windows installation/update execution is not claimed.

Verification: Node, renderer and contract typechecks plus 110 focused checks passed. Linux packaged launch, main-window loading and the phone-handler IPC call were verified; the local installed app remains running. Windows resources, PE architecture, hardened fuses and feed metadata passed static checks. The previously recorded source full-suite failures were not re-run; no green full-suite result is claimed.

Version 0.18.10 · 2026-10-03

Connect AI offers existing Codex and Claude Code logins, subscription sign-in, API keys, and a Sushi account with prepaid credit. Server setup shows progress and supports shared team AI. Sushi World now opens inside the workspace, with voice interaction and improved office/outdoor controls.

Linux x86-64 AppImage and Debian package, plus Windows x64 installer. New builds use sushi.mcpcubby.com for updates; older clients retain the compatibility feed.

New server capabilities require current server code through the existing admin-managed update flow. Existing profiles, logins and integrations are retained. Downgrading a server can discard its new shared-AI selection; restore that selection after upgrading again.

Focused account/server/protocol/IPC/updater checks and package/feed/hash verification passed. Linux packaged launch verified. Windows was cross-built and statically verified; native Windows installation and update execution were not run on this Linux host.

Version 0.18.9 · 2026-10-03

Visual browser setup guides now highlight the switches, extension loading, file selection and pairing steps. Existing Chromium/Firefox login import on Linux and Windows is retained; the bundled extensions need no store publication.

This update also includes the committed Sushi World view, phone pairing/device controls, server replies/history/search/uploads/routine controls, mail attachment previews and download/open, Marketplace MCP/API-bank tabs, automatically saved Server Skills with Reject, and fixes for browser takeover persistence and long pi waits.

Linux AppImage, Windows x64 installer, and signed Mac Apple Silicon installer/update ZIP (macOS 13+).

New server capabilities require current server code through the existing admin-managed update flow. Existing accounts, credentials and integrations are retained. Downgrading a server to code predating phone devices may require phones to be paired again.

Linux packaged launch and focused browser/upgrade checks passed. Windows was cross-built and statically verified; native Windows installation and login UI remain unverified on this Linux build host.

Mac 0.18.9 DMG, signed-app ZIP, blockmaps and latest-mac.yml mirrored from GitHub v0.18.9. GitHub checksums and feed SHA-512/size checks passed. The Mac build reports Developer ID signing, notarization and stapling; native Mac update installation was not executed on this Linux host. Downloads and update feeds are now hosted on sushi.mcpcubby.com; the former Railway address remains a compatibility redirect for older installed clients.

Version 0.18.8 · 2026-09-29

Setting up a server with a root password works on Windows, including a managed server (it stopped at "Checking root@…" with CreateProcessW error 193).

macOS download: Apple Silicon, macOS 13+. Developer ID signed, notarized and stapled. This 0.18.8 app includes Mac automatic-update support; this publication adds the DMG installer only. The Mac update ZIP and feed have not been published.

Setting up a server from a computer with no pi login now asks you to set up pi or skip; a server whose agents have no login shows a warning with Sign in to pi until they have one. Sign in to pi works on a computer without pi (Sushi downloads pi first), and a new pi login reaches your servers straight away.

Version 0.18.6 · 2026-09-29

Managed server now reaches its site (sushi.mcpcubby.com); in 0.18.5 it could not connect. Managed server also offers a way to ask for one: book a call, or email tim@sondersites.com. Settings no longer shows the Mobile Connect tab for now.

macOS download: Apple Silicon, macOS 13+. The signed and notarized 0.18.6 Mac build from GitHub does not include automatic updates; install future Mac versions manually.

- On servers, messages between agents are one line, as in local chats ("Messaged Ledger", "Message from Ops Scout"), instead of a card with the whole text.
- Sushi downloads pi when the computer has none, as it does for the other providers.
- Add a server has a third choice, Managed server, set up from the key and code a provider sent.
